This project involved renovating the existing club lounge and converting the space into four fully functional model guestrooms. The rooms were designed to test the new guestroom concept, finishes, FF&E, lighting, and details before moving forward with the larger renovation.

The model rooms went through the full design and review process with the project team and brand, with adjustments made along the way based on feedback. The completed rooms received brand approval and established the design direction for a future guestroom renovation.
